All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Galamine or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without our prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

6. Data and Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galamine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Galamine, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Galamine operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
